The entire “edifice” is topped with tuna (either canned or seared) and canned anchovies. It is perfectly complemented by a white wine from Bellet de la Bandol, ratatouille - a kind of stew with zucchini, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes. Also fougasse bread, onion tart or Nice Danube - a beef stew with bacon, onion, tomatoes and red wine are typical delicious dishes.
