FLYONE offers its passengers the possibility to use a new and convenient on-line service, personal account MyFLYONE, providing the following travel opportunities:

  • To complete a reservation simply and quickly
  • To save your travel documents
  • To save the payment methods
  • To add family members and friends
  • To become a FLYONE Club member
  • To change or to cancel bookings
  • To add additional services
  • To check-in
  • To view the previous reservations
  • To view current bookings
  • To update your personal information

Terms of use of My FLYONE account balance

  • Validity: 12 months from the moment of account suppliment
  • Maximum possible travel period: 12 months from the moment of suppliment
  • Applicability: all FLYONE destinations, ticket and additional services
  • Name restrictions: The MyFLYONE account holder must be one of the passengers included in the reservation. The refund is processed to the passenger who confirms that they are the account holder.
  • Pyment on the website / app - it is necessary to be connected to MyFLYONE account.
  • Use your MyFLYONE account balance to book and pay for tickets. It is also possible to make partial payments. If your balance does not cover the total cost, you can pay the difference by credit card.

Account balance information can be accessed online on the Website or through the Mobile Application.
