Cheap flights and Cheap Holidays to Paris

Paris is still one of the most beautiful and romantic tourist destinations, offering the visitors everything they want.

Being the administrative, political and cultural centre of France, Paris has both an impressive history and architecture with huge avenues full of chic shops. Once there, you will have cognitive-entertaining occupations, for sure, whether you walk on the Champs-Élysée, the Louvre, the Sacré-Coeur, the Eiffel Tower, the Pompidou Centre, The House of Invalids, the Musée d'Orsay, the Versailles, the Fontainebleau, Brancusi Museum ...

These are just some of the attractions that make millions of tourists from all over the road take the road every year. Tourists who will not hesitate to get to know Paris otherwise than a world centre of history and art - as a culinary centre, a centre of fashion, shopping and of other entertainments. We will come up with more detailed information about one of these, to the liking of both grown-ups, and especially of the little ones, because if you have come to Paris, Disneyland is absolutely worth visiting.

Paris - how to get there and how to cope

Until we get there, we will provide some useful information. Paris is served by two airports: Orly, south of Paris, and Charles de Gaulle, in the north, located in Roissy-en-France, joined by the RER line C. Paris has a dense Métro network and is crossed by the Regional Express Network (RER), which connects the various zones around Paris. There is a network of railways - from the six Paris stations, commuter trains, national trains and TGV-s (Train à Grande Vitesse) go to countries like Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK daily.

The accommodation, more exactly, its price varies depending on how much money the tourists have in their pocket / account and the degree of comfort they require. They can benefit from one star Formule 1 chain of hotels, where they will find clean, tidy rooms. For a fairly large breakfast, you pay 3.5 euros more for a night, opting for the Première Class. If you can afford more and have higher expectations, PREMIUM class international hotel chains await with great love, but you’ll have to forget about saving money if you have decided to stay in one of them. Itis important that the accommodation be close to a metro or RER station - with these means of transport you can reach almost any tourist destination. We'll have something to eat, or we will not look around Paris hungry, right? The city is full of restaurants, bistros, brasseries and cafes. You must ask for the traditional croque-madame / monsieur sandwich at an old Jacques Cagna restaurant in the centre of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, one of the best in the area.

In the evening you can go to the Latin Quarter for a traditional specialty, “Pied de Cochon roti”, and for a hot chocolate with various flavors. It is also worth ordering galettes bretonnes (pancakes from buckwheat flour) with a glass of cider. If you are in Paris, do not ruin the evening without a bottle of good wine and some mouldy cheese.

Other useful tips

Let's go back to the places you should not miss out in any circumstances if you're here in Paris. The Eiffel Tower, for example - no one could imagine Paris without it. How are we coping there? We take the lift up to the second floor or climb up 704 steps, at the second level we will change the lift to get to the top of the building. Two bars are waiting for you on the first two floors and there is one with macaroons, and on the top floor there is a bar with champagne. The entrance fee is 25 euros for adults and 6.30 euros for children, up to the top of the tower. Another attraction that cannot be missed out is the NotreDame Cathedral, which is visited by about 14 million tourists annually. If the entrance to the cathedral is free, then climbing up to one of its towers will cost you 10 euros if you are an adult. For children, this pleasure will not cost them anything.
