By the order no. 2156-r of August 4, 2021 of the Government of the Russian Federation, changes were introduced in the order no. 635-r of March 16, 2020 of the Government of the Russian Federation.

According to them, Moldovan citizens, as well as foreigners who own a residence permit in the Republic of Moldova, are allowed to enter the Russian Federation by air.

They must present a negative result of the PCR Covid-19 test, performed at most 3 days before arrival in Russia.

We mention that from 1st of september 2021, the result of the test should be also displayed in the «Путешествую без COVID-19» mobile app.
