For all passengers who purchased travel tickets until October, 13

Dear passengers, We would like to inform you that FLYONE has migrated to a new sales platform starting with October 14, 2019. Please be aware that all the passengers who purchased tickets until October, 13 will receive a new booking code, which will be sent to the email address indicated in the reservation. If the ticket was purchased through the travel agencies and you did not receive the confirmation by email, please contact the agency where you purchased the ticket. If you have not received a reply from the travel agency, please send an email to FLYONE using the form.
