FLYONE announces the Implementation of UK iAPI

According to the UK immigration law, transport companies (airline, maritime and land transport) have the obligation to provide the data of passengers which travel to or from the United Kingdom in advance.

Thus, in order to comply with the requirements imposed on the air carrier and to exclude any entry restrictions on the territory of the United Kingdom, we inform you of the implementation of passenger data procession and their interactive transmission (UK iAPI) to the UK Border Force, the designated UK authority with decision-making powers regarding identifying suspicious persons, accepting or prohibiting entry into the territory of the United Kingdom.

In this regard, under maximum security conditions, the company will request the collection of passenger's data from the passport, including contact details, during online registration and transmit these data to the UK Border Force.

In case of detection of suspicions regarding the entry ban on MB territory, the passengers who have registered online will receive the following notification:

UK iAPI. Passenger registration prohibited. The passenger is liable to make the check-in at the airport within an additional document verification process. In this case, an airport registration fee will be charged.
