Following the refusal of the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation to grant flight permits, FLYONE, with regret, informs about the cancellation of flights to and from Moscow on November 20, 2020 in conditions that do not depend on its will.

In connection with this decision, FLYONE expresses concern, especially as it violates the principle of reciprocity established by the bilateral agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation, in the context in which permits are offered only to the airline registered in the Russian Federation.

In this way, we address the Civil Aviation Authority, to take the necessary measures, in accordance with national and international acts, which come to ensure a level playing field, fair and competitive for all air operators.

According to the procedures, the FLYONE Customer Service informs all passengers who were to fly to Moscow about the changes received as a result of the imposed bans.

They can choose one of the alternatives proposed by FLYONE in case of flight changes. For additional information, passengers can contact FLYONE by filling out one of the forms available in the „Contact Us” section of our official website www.flyone.eu.
