FLYONE resumes flights to the Russian Federation starting January 15, 2021

Dear passengers, we are happy to announce that starting with January 15, 2021, FLYONE will resume direct flights from Chisinau to Moscow and return. Tickets start at 39 euros and are available on the company's website www.flyone.eu and at partner agencies.

The flights will be operated only once a week - on Friday, according to the following schedule:

- Chisinau (KIV) 10:00 - Moscow (VKO) 13:00

- Moscow (VKO) 14:00 - Chisinau (KIV) 15:00

The following categories of passengers can travel, including the citizens of the Republic of Moldova according to p.2, p.3, p.5, p.6, p.11 and p.13:

  1. Citizens of the Russian Federation;
  2. Accredited or appointed employees of the diplomatic missions and consular posts of foreign states of the Russian Federation, as well as members of their families;
  3. Citizens of the States with which the Russian Federation has international visa-free travel treaties for citizens entering the Russian Federation with valid diplomatic and service passports, as well as couriers of diplomatic communications;
  4. Employees of international organizations and their representations, other official representations of foreign states located in the territory of the Russian Federation and members of their families;
  5. Members of official delegations entering the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of a visa or non-visa in the cases provided for in the international treaties of the Russian Federation;
  6. Persons who have permanent residence on the territory of the Russian Federation, with a residence permit for a foreign citizen / stateless person;
  7. Persons who are members of the family (spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children), guardians and administrators of citizens of the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of a visa or a visa-free procedure in cases provided for in the international treaties of the Russian Federation and subject to a copy of the document confirming the degree of relationship;
  8. Persons traveling without a visa in connection with the death of a close relative in the presence of documents confirming the fact of the death and the relationship;
  9. Persons holding ordinary diplomatic, service or private visas issued in connection with the death of a close relative, as well as ordinary private visas issued by decision of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
  10. Persons undergoing treatment with or without a visa in the cases stipulated in the international treaties of the Russian Federation and supporting documents from a medical institution indicating the time of treatment;
  11. Foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in work activities on the territory of the Russian Federation as highly qualified specialists;
  12. Persons participating in voluntary resettlement in the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of a visa or without a visa in the cases provided for in the international treaties of the Russian Federation;
  13. Foreign nationals traveling without a visa transit through Moscow to third countries, if they have a confirmed ticket to continue the flight and a medical document (in Russian or English) confirming the negative result of the COVID-19 test, performed with a maximum of 72 hours before the flight.

IMPORTANT

Within three days of arrival, the citizens of the Russian Federation must pass the PCR test and upload the result on the portal www.gosuslugi.ru. Foreign citizens flying in the direction of Chisinau - Moscow must present a negative PCR test at the airport in Chisinau, performed within 72 hours before the flight to the Russian Federation. In the absence of a negative test, passengers will not be allowed to fly.

All passengers are required to wear masks, gloves and be provided with disinfectants (in containers not larger than 100 ml). Passengers who do not comply with these rules, will not be authorized on board.
