The airline FLYONE has made its debut in the SEE TOP 100 ranking of the largest companies in Southeast Europe for 2024.
It is worth noting that, according to the report, FLYONE was named the leader of the “SEE TOP 100 – Most Dynamic Companies 2024” ranking, achieving the fastest growth in both revenue and net profit in 2024. The ranking is compiled annually by the business portal SeeNews, which analyzes the economic performance of the largest companies in Southeast Europe.
FLYONE is the only company from the Republic of Moldova included in the ranking, regardless of industry — a performance that highlights its uniqueness and impact on the country’s economic landscape.
This recognition confirms FLYONE’s position as one of the region’s fastest-growing and most successful companies, validating the strategy implemented over recent years.
In 2024, the company transported over 2.4 million passengers — an increase of nearly 20% compared to the previous year — further consolidating its position as a leader in Moldovan and regional aviation.
At the “Eugen Doga” International Airport – Chișinău, FLYONE contributed approximately 33% of total passenger traffic.
"This international recognition reflects the continuous effort of the entire FLYONE team to provide safe, modern, and competitive services. We are honored to be recognized as leaders in economic dynamism in Southeast Europe, and this achievement motivates us to continue growing responsibly," said Mircea Maleca, CEO of FLYONE.
Looking ahead to 2026, FLYONE plans to launch new attractive destinations, including Geneva, Malaga, and Tashkent. A strategic goal of the company is to establish a regional hub at “Eugen Doga” International Airport – Chișinău.
Additionally, the company aims to strengthen its position as a regional leader, enhance Moldova’s connectivity with major European centers, and deliver added value to the community, economy, and passengers.
The FLYONE Group brings together FLYONE (Moldova), FLYONE Airlines (Romania), FLYONE Armenia (Armenia), and FLYONE Asia (Uzbekistan), operating a network of over 100 direct destinations with a fleet of 21 Airbus A320/321 aircraft.
