Role and Responsibilities
The Technical Director is responsible for the management and supervision of all continuing airworthiness management activities—determining what maintenance is required, when it must be performed, by whom, and to what standard—to ensure the continued airworthiness of FLYONE aircraft. This role reports directly to the Accountable Manager.
The candidate must be eligible for nomination and acceptance by the CAA RM as Nominated Post-holder responsible for the management and supervision of continuing airworthiness, as per ORO.AOC.135(a)(4) and M.A.706(d).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Engineering degree (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic, or other relevant studies)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft engineering
• EASA Part-66 License or equivalent (advantage)
• Airbus A320 engineer type training (advantage)
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and planning principles
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations (Part-M, Part-145)
• Thorough understanding of aircraft engineering and maintenance for large aircraft
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Skills
• Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., OASES)
• Experience in communicating with aircraft lessors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities
Aviation Compliance Auditor reports directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, and will be responsible for continuously reviewing and ensuring compliance in line with regulatory requirements and procedures across all company approvals and approved/new provider locations. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Supporting the CMM in the development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and system, including its implementation.
• Scoping, preparing, conducting, and completing audits or inspections to ensure regulatory compliance, both internally and externally.
• Assisting with the hosting of Authority and Customer audits.
• Maintaining competence and knowledge in relation to the applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• University Diploma or Higher Education level (Engineer, Pilot or Cabin Crew with additional training).
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in the Ground Operations Area (monitoring /management of airport services, ramp security, Handling Agent coordination, load sheets, contracts, security, DRG, etc.).
• Understanding of aviation regulations (AIR-OPS, Dangerous Goods, Security, etc.) and ability to confidently apply them in day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of key operational manuals and documents like the OM and GOM, and know how to navigate them with ease.
• Experience in a Flight Safety department in an airline (is an advantage).
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Profound knowledge about the proceedings and activities regarding ground operations.
• Experience in auditing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures and practices, and maintenance planning principles.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations (Part-M, Part-145).
